Industries

Built for businesses that run on the phone.

The same three stages, built for your trade. The receptionist learns your trade's calls: the burst pipe at 2 a.m., the patient who needs to move Thursday, the buyer asking about a listing. Each page below shows exactly how, with a scripted call, the call types it handles and the rules it follows for that trade.

Pick yours

Nine trades, nine pages. Each one has its own scripted call, its own call-type table and its own rules, because a plumber's 2 a.m. call and a dentist's 7 p.m. call need different answers.

Plumbing and heating

The burst-pipe call at 2 a.m. and the no-hot-water call on a Sunday. It books the urgent job into your morning, transfers true emergencies to your on-call person, and takes the quote request while you're under a sink.

HVAC

The no-heat call in January and the no-cool call in a heat wave. It books the service call and the maintenance visit, and sends after-hours emergencies to whoever is on call.

Electrical

The sparking-outlet call while you're in an attic. It tells anyone in danger to hang up and call 911, books the inspection, and takes the panel-upgrade request as a message with the caller's number.

Roofing

The leak call in the middle of a storm, when every call comes in the same hour. It takes each one, books the inspection, and transfers active-leak emergencies to you.

Auto repair

The quote request and the 'is my car ready?' call while your hands are under a hood. It books the drop-off, answers from your script, and takes a message for anything it can't see.

Dental and health clinics

The new-patient call during a procedure and the reschedule request at 7 p.m. It books into your calendar and gives no clinical advice. Canadian clinics sign our health-information agent terms (Schedule A); US clinics sign a Business Associate Agreement before any patient information is handled.

Law firms

The new-matter call at 9 p.m. It does intake only: name, matter type, how they found you, and a conflict-check note. No legal advice, ever.

Real estate

The sign call and the showing request while you're at another showing. It captures the buyer's details, books the viewing where your calendar allows, and texts you the summary before you're back in the car.

Cannabis dispensaries

Get Found and Get Answered for licensed stores: Local SEO and age-gated websites, built for organic search, the map pack and the cannabis marketplaces. Built to your province or state's rules, with no health claims and no promotion to consumers.

What you get

What's the same for every trade

Five things every trade gets on Get Answered, whatever you do for a living.

Two rings

Calls that reach our line are answered within two rings, every hour of the year, counted from the moment the call reaches us. If our system is ever down, your next invoice is credited for every hour it was.

It says it's an AI

In the greeting and whenever a caller asks. It never pretends to be a person, never guesses a price it wasn't given, and never promises a time you didn't approve.

Your number stays yours

You forward your line to us and can un-forward it in a minute. It works behind a cell phone too, by conditional call forwarding through your carrier. Recordings, transcripts and customer data are yours.

A summary after every call

The caller gets a confirmation by text and email. You get a text and email summary with the caller's name, number and what they wanted. We register your business with the carriers (A2P 10DLC in the US) so your texts reach phones.

Live within 7 business days

Your receptionist is live within 7 business days of kickoff, or the Get Answered setup fee comes back if the delay is ours. The clock stops while we wait on you.

What you get

What changes by trade

This is the part of your setup one of our specialists builds with you from the kickoff call: your script, your call flows and emergency rules, your booking and your follow-up. It's why each industry page reads differently.

The script

What it says in the greeting, the services it may describe, the prices it may quote (only the ones you give it), and the words your callers use. A roofer's script has 'tarp' in it. A clinic's has 'referral'.

The emergency rules

What counts as life-safety, where the caller is told to hang up and call 911. What counts as urgent and goes to your on-call person by live transfer. What waits for morning and gets booked instead.

The booking rules

Which jobs or visits it may book, into which calendar, how long each slot is, and what it must never promise, like a same-day arrival you didn't approve. Your calendar or scheduling tool is connected at kickoff.

The follow-up sequence

The messages after the call: an estimate follow-up for trades, intake details for clinics, a viewing confirmation for agents, and Google review follow-up after every job. Each trade's page shows its sequence.

What it never says

No clinical advice for clinics. No legal advice for firms. No firm quote for trades without the ranges you set. Each page lists what it never says in that trade.

Don't see your trade?

The demo line answers as four sample businesses: a plumber, a physio clinic, a real estate office and a music school. The music school is there on purpose. Any business whose customers call before they buy works the same way: lessons, salons, restaurants, vets, movers, cleaners, tutors.

Call (866) 413-5421, name your business, and it becomes your front desk for that call. Then book your fix-list call (15 to 30 minutes). You'll hear it answer with your business name, and you get the written fix list either way.

Prefer to write? hello@valistix.com. A person replies within one business day.

Questions about your trade

Do you have a page for my trade?

Nine trades have a full page, and every business whose customers call before they buy gets the same build: a script written for your trade, your rules and your calendar. Book the call and you'll hear it answer as your business.

Does it know my trade's words?

Yes, from your script. On the kickoff call we go through the calls you actually get, the words your callers use and the ones it must never say. You make the test calls yourself before it goes live.

Does it sound like a robot?

It's an AI, and it says so in its greeting. Call (866) 413-5421 and judge for yourself.

What if it doesn't know something?

It says so, takes a message, and texts you. It never guesses a price or promises a time you didn't approve.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract and no minimum term. You sign a one-page Order Form, every monthly service is month to month, and you can cancel any time by email before your next billing date. Your service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.
