Every call answered, day and night.
An AI receptionist on the number you already have. It answers 24/7 with your business name, books the job into your calendar, confirms it with your customer and texts and emails you a summary, built for you by our specialists and live within 7 business days of kickoff.
Or call (866) 413-5421 and try to trip it up.
Larkfield Heating and Air, this is Riley. I'm an AI receptionist, and this call is recorded. We're closed for the night, but I can still help. What's going on?
Our furnace quit about an hour ago. It's blowing cold air and it's below freezing out.
Sorry to hear that. Two quick safety questions first. Do you smell gas anywhere in the house?
No, nothing like that.
Good. Is anyone in the home who can't go without heat tonight, like a baby or someone who's unwell?
No, it's just my wife and me. We've got a space heater.
Okay. You have two options. I can page the on-call tech tonight at the after-hours rate, or book the first regular slot tomorrow. Mike has 8 a.m. open. Which works?
Let's do 8 a.m. What's a repair like this going to cost?
That depends on what's wrong, so I won't guess. Mike will give you the price before he does any work. Can I get your name and address?
Sure. Dana Whitfield, 42 Alder Court.
Got it, Dana. I'll text you a confirmation and email it too. Is this the right number, and what's your email?
Yes. It's dana at example dot com.
You're booked. Mike will be there tomorrow between 8 and 9 a.m. If you smell gas tonight, leave the house and call 911. Anything else?
No, that's it. Thanks.
You're welcome. Stay warm, Dana.
Dana gets a confirmation by text and email with the booking and Mike's name. Dave, the owner, gets a text and email summary: no heat, no gas smell, nobody at risk, booked 8 a.m., no price quoted.

- Books the job into your calendar.Into the calendar or scheduling tool you already use, connected at kickoff, while the caller is still on the line. It offers only the hours you approved.
- Sends the customer a confirmation by text and email. The booking details, with your business name, the time and who's coming, so the job is on their calendar too.
- Puts urgent calls through. You decide what counts as urgent and who's on call. Urgent jobs go to that person by live transfer, and life-safety callers are told to hang up and call 911 first.
- Texts and emails you a summary after every call.Who called, what they need, what was booked or promised, and any question it took as a message for you. Recordings and transcripts of every call are yours.
Hang-up text back, follow-up, website chat, review follow-up and CRM links in the bigger sizes.

No phone handy? Talk to Riley right here.

Prefer a phone? Call (866) 413-5421. Same receptionist.
Pick a sample business, or just start talking and tell Riley about yours.
Uses your microphone. The call is recorded, like the phone line. About four minutes. Riley says it's an AI. Privacy
The follow-up that books the rest.
The bigger sizes keep working after the call: every hang-up, every quiet lead, every visitor on your website and every finished job.
Hang-up text back

Follow-up on callers who didn't book
Text and email follow-up to the people who asked for a quote or a call back and went quiet, on a schedule you approve, until they book or say stop.
Website chat

Google review follow-up after every job

Six calls, and the right move for each
Your script decides what happens. Life-safety callers are told to hang up and call 911 first. Urgent jobs that aren't life-safety, like no heat on a freezing night, go to your on-call person by live transfer. For prices, it quotes only what's on your price sheet; for anything else, it offers to book an estimate.
| Call | What it sounds like | What Riley does |
|---|---|---|
| New job | "My AC is making a grinding noise. Can someone come take a look?" | books |
| Emergency | "I smell gas near the furnace." | tells them to call 911 |
| Existing customer | "It's Dana on Alder Court. Is my part in yet?" | takes a message |
| Price shopper | "How much to replace a furnace?" | answers from your script |
| Sales call | "We can cut your card processing fees. Who handles that?" | politely ends |
| Wrong number | "Is this the pharmacy?" | politely ends |
You set the rules. It follows them, every call.
You set the rules on the kickoff call, one of our specialists builds them in, and you can change them any time.
✓What you control
- Your greeting and script, word for word
- The prices it may quote, from your price sheet
- The hours it may book, and how long each job takes
- What counts as urgent, and who's on call
- What it must never promise
- The language it answers in: English, with Spanish or French as a second language
✕What it never does
- Pretend to be a person. It says it's an AI in the greeting and whenever asked.
- Guess a price you didn't give it.
- Promise a time you didn't approve.
- Give clinical, legal or financial advice. It takes a message instead.
- Text anyone who didn't call you or give you their number, or keep texting after STOP.
- Make business decisions for you. You get a summary of every call, and the decisions stay yours.
Live within 7 business days of kickoff.
Done for you by one of our specialists, step by step. The clock stops only while we wait on you for the script, the test calls or the forwarding.
You sign a one-page Order Form
Your price and scope, in writing. The setup fee and your first month are charged when you sign, and that first month runs from go-live.
Your kickoff call
You walk one of our specialists through your services, your area, your hours, your prices and what counts as urgent. The seven business days start here.
Your script, call flows and answers
We write the script, build the call flows and emergency rules, load your answers from your own information, and connect your calendar.
Registered with the carriers
We register your business with the carriers (A2P 10DLC in the US), so your confirmations and summaries reach phones.
You approve every line
You read the script before it answers a single call, and change anything you like.
Test calls
It's built and tested on our line. You call it from your own phone and try to trip it up before your callers ever hear it.
Forwarding on. Live.
We set up forwarding with you, run the go-live checklist (script approved, test calls passed, forwarding on, booking connected) and it answers real calls. If the delay is ours, your Get Answered setup fee comes back.
Every call, on one page, every month.
Each call gets its own text and email summary the minute it ends. Once a month, you get the whole picture.
- Calls answeredEvery call that reached your line, when it came in, and how it ended.
- Jobs bookedWhat went into your calendar, and from which calls.
- Calls put throughThe urgent calls put through to your on-call person, and the life-safety callers told to hang up and call 911.
- Messages for youEvery question it took as a message, so nothing sits on a callback list.
- Follow-up and reviewsHang-up texts and follow-ups sent, what they booked, and the review requests that went out.
- Minutes usedYour minutes for the month, so you can see your size still fits your call volume.
Four promises, in writing.
Answered within two rings. Live within 7 business days of kickoff. Your first month's plan fee back within 30 days if it's not for you. Your number and your data stay yours. All four are written into our Terms, and all four stand behind Get Answered.

Canada and the US, one receptionist
Canada Billed in C$
- Billed in C$, at the price on your Order Form. Pay by card or Canadian pre-authorized debit, processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- No tax is added today. If we are required to register for GST/HST, it is added from the date the law requires.
- French as a second language. We serve Canadian businesses outside Quebec.
- The greeting tells every caller the call is recorded, which is the notice Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) expects.
- CASL: a commercial text or email needs consent, express or implied. Every message names your business and has a way to unsubscribe, and review requests go only to customers with an existing business relationship or who gave consent.
- Clinics and other health clients in Canada sign our health-information agent terms (Schedule A), and we set recording retention and scrubbing for you.
United States Billed in US$
- Billed in US$, at the price on your Order Form. Pay by card, processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Spanish as a second language.
- The greeting says the call is recorded. That is how consent is obtained in states that need every party to agree. If your state or profession needs a different notice, tell us and we script it.
- TCPA: a hang-up text goes once, only to the number that just called you, names your business and carries STOP. Every other automated text needs the caller's OK, which the receptionist asks for and notes, and every text carries a STOP opt-out.
- A2P 10DLC: US carriers require every business that texts to register. We file it for you during setup.
- Clinics and other health clients in the US sign a Business Associate Agreement with us before any patient information is handled, and we set recording retention and scrubbing for you.

Questions owners ask before they forward the line
Does it sound like a robot?
It's an AI, and it says so in its greeting. Call (866) 413-5421 and judge for yourself.
What if it doesn't know something?
It says so, takes a message, and texts you. It never guesses a price or promises a time you didn't approve.
What does it cost?
Each stage comes in three sizes, and your price is matched to your business on a short call or by email. You see it in writing on a one-page Order Form before you sign, and every monthly service is month to month.
Do I have to start with Get Found?
No. Start with the stage you need most. On your call, one of our specialists explains what to have in place first and why, and you choose.
Does it work with my cell phone?
Yes. One of our specialists sets up conditional call forwarding through your carrier with you on the kickoff call, so calls you don't pick up roll to the receptionist. It answers every call that reaches our line, and the Two rings promise counts from that moment.
Can it handle two calls at once?
Yes. It answers each call on its own, so two callers at 8 a.m. both get picked up within two rings. Nobody waits on hold for the other call to finish.
When do the texts start?
Once the carriers approve your registration, which one of our specialists files for you during setup (A2P 10DLC in the US). Your receptionist answers calls from go-live, and email confirmations and summaries go out from the first call.
Why is there a setup fee?
It pays for the build, done for you by one of our specialists from your kickoff call to your first live call: a script written for your business, your call flows and emergency rules, your answers from your own information, calendar and booking connected, number forwarding set up with you, text-message registration with the carriers, a voice and greeting tuned to you, test calls before go-live and the go-live checklist, with the Seven Days promise behind it.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract and no minimum term. You sign a one-page Order Form, every monthly service is month to month, and you can cancel any time by email before your next billing date. Your service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.
What's refundable?
On Get Answered, your first month is money-back: within 30 days of go-live, email us and the first month's plan fee comes back. No form, no argument. If your receptionist isn't live within 7 business days of kickoff and the delay is ours, your Get Answered setup fee comes back. One refund, not two: if that setup fee comes back under Seven days, Thirty days doesn't also apply. The first half of a website build comes back in full if you cancel in writing before design starts. Otherwise setup fees, monthly fees, add-ons, projects and extra minutes are not refunded.

What do your callers hear when nobody can pick up?
Book 15 to 30 minutes on video with one of our specialists. Nothing to prepare. You'll hear it answer with your business name, and you leave with a written fix list and your quote either way.
- We build a receptionist that answers with your business name. You dial it from your own phone and hear it book a job.
- We search for your business the way a customer would and show you who's above you.
- You get the written list, whether or not you hire us.
