How we work

Five steps, in the same order for every client, whichever stage you start with. Billing starts at step two.

1. Your fix-list call

15 to 30 minutes on video with one of our specialists. Nothing to prepare. You hear the receptionist answer with your business name, and you leave with a written list of fixes whether or not you hire us.

2. Your quote and the Order Form

What you're buying, the price and how it's paid, in writing, month to month with no long-term contract and no minimum term. You pay by card or Canadian pre-authorized debit through Stripe. We never see your card number.

3. Kickoff

The clock starts. Your receptionist is live within 7 business days of kickoff. A website is built to launch about 14 business days after you approve the content. Local SEO starts the day we send your first audit and plan, with the first report 30 days later. Ads start spending once you approve the campaign.

4. Live

You see it and test it yourself before it reaches a customer. For the receptionist, that means calling your own number and trying to trip it up. Then we switch it on.

5. The monthly report

What rang, what booked, where you show up and what your ads spent. Real numbers only. If something couldn't be measured, the report says 'not measured'. We never estimate a number into your report.

What we stand by

Your data works for you. Your recordings, transcripts, leads and customer records are yours. We use them to run your service and for nothing else.

Reviews, asked for after every job. Google review follow-up goes out after every job, to the customers set with you on your Order Form, and you approve every reply before it posts.

Every channel, inside the platform's rules. A licensed dispensary gets Get Found and Get Answered from us, built for organic search, the map pack and the cannabis marketplaces, the channels open to THC businesses.

Your number and your website stay yours. Un-forward your number in a minute. Your site and its files are yours once they're paid for.

Our promise

Four promises, in writing.

Each one is written into our Terms, so you can hold us to every word. To use any of them, email hello@valistix.com.

Two rings.Calls that reach our line are answered within two rings, every hour of the year. If our system is ever down, your next invoice is credited for every hour it was.Counted from the moment a call reaches our line. Rings on your own carrier before the forward, forwarding you turned off, and carrier outages sit outside it.

Seven days.Your receptionist is live within 7 business days of your kickoff call, or, if the delay is ours, your Get Answered setup fee comes back.The clock stops while we wait on you for the script, the test calls or the forwarding.

Thirty days.Get Answered only. Not for you in the first 30 days after go-live? Email us and the first month's plan fee comes back. No form, no argument.Covers the first month's plan fee, once per client. Setup, add-ons, projects and extra minutes are not refunded. One refund, not two: if the setup fee comes back under Seven days, Thirty days doesn't also apply.

Yours.Your phone number stays yours; you forward it to us and can un-forward it in a minute. Recordings, transcripts, leads and customer data are yours, and your website is yours once it's paid for.Ask for a full export during the agreement or within 30 days after it ends; it arrives within 14 days.

Who is behind Valistix?

Valistix Inc. and our team of specialists who build, run and report on your service. From kickoff on, you work with one of our specialists, and a person answers hello@valistix.com within one business day. Everything we promise is in writing, in our Terms.

Are you an agency or a software company?

Both. It's a done-for-you service on top of our own stack. We build the receptionist, the website, the search work and the campaigns, test them with you, run them, and report on them every month.

Where do you work?

Across Canada, outside Quebec, and across the US. Your fix-list call is on video, so we work with you wherever your business is. US businesses are billed in US$ and Canadian businesses in C$, at the price on your Order Form.

How do I reach a person?

Email hello@valistix.com. A person replies within one business day. The phone line, (866) 413-5421, is the AI receptionist; it answers 24/7 and can book you a meeting with the team.

Do you work with my industry?

If your customers call before they buy, yes. We have pages for plumbing and heating, HVAC, electrical, roofing, auto repair, dental and health clinics, law firms, real estate, and cannabis dispensaries. Licensed dispensaries get Get Found and Get Answered, built for organic search and the map pack.

What's your legal entity?
